Kansas City to Chicago

We got this kitten in Kansas City from Chris's brother Corky and snuck him home (to Chicago) on Amtrak. We were worried because while in the carrier he was very vocal and it was not easy getting him past the ticket agents. We got a roomette thinking it would be easier to keep him quiet in an enclosed room, but we still worried that he would totally freak out. We shouldn't have worried. As soon as we let him out of the carrier (with the room door closed and the curtains drawn) he poked around a bit checking out his surroundings, then promptly went to sleep. He was very mellow the whole trip.
